Calculator fields can include an hourly rate, annual salary, hours worked, overtime hours, premium multiplier, currency, bonus amount, shift differential, holiday hours, deductions, or similar payroll inputs. The site uses those values to calculate and display an estimate. In the current implementation, calculator math runs in your browser and the site does not require a user account or send calculator values to a TimeAndHalfPro profile database.

Some calculators can create a shareable URL. When you choose that action, pay assumptions such as rate, salary, hours, multiplier, currency, or holiday mode may be placed in the URL query string. Anyone who receives that URL may be able to read those values, and URLs may appear in browser history, server logs, analytics systems, referrer information, screenshots, or messages where you paste the link. Do not create or share a URL containing information you consider confidential.

Like most public websites, the hosting platform, content delivery network, domain provider, security service, or web server may receive technical request information. This can include an IP address, date and time, requested URL, referring page, browser type, device type, operating system, language, response status, and diagnostic or security events. These records may be used to deliver the site, diagnose errors, limit abuse, investigate attacks, and understand aggregate reliability.

TimeAndHalfPro does not ask visitors to create an account. The current site source does not include a first-party customer database, newsletter signup, comment system, user upload area, or payment checkout. If those features are introduced, this policy must be updated before the new information is collected.

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage and similar browser technologies can retain preferences or state on a device. The core calculator does not require an advertising cookie to perform arithmetic. Hosting and security providers may still use technically necessary cookies or identifiers to protect the site, balance traffic, remember security decisions, or prevent abuse.

If analytics, consent management, or advertising is enabled, those services may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, pixels, IP addresses, or other identifiers as described in their own policies and the consent choices available to you. You can use browser settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies, although blocking technically necessary storage can affect site behavior.

TimeAndHalfPro may use Google AdSense to fund the site. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and other third parties may place or read cookies on your browser, use web beacons, collect an IP address or other identifiers, and process information about visits to this and other websites in order to serve, measure, secure, limit, or personalize ads. Advertising providers may also use contextual information from the page, approximate location derived from an IP address, device information, previous interactions, and consent signals.

Google may serve personalized ads when the required notice, consent, and account settings permit them. Personalized ads can use information about prior visits or interests. Non-personalized ads are selected without using a profile of past behavior, but they may still use contextual information, coarse location, frequency controls, fraud prevention data, cookies, or other identifiers needed to deliver and measure an ad. TimeAndHalfPro does not control every cookie or processing operation performed by an independent advertising provider.

Availability and behavior of those controls can depend on your region, browser, account, and the type of advertising being served.

Where required, visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland must be shown a consent mechanism before advertising technologies that require consent are activated. The mechanism should explain the purposes and vendors involved and provide choices for accepting, rejecting, or managing consent. TimeAndHalfPro intends to use a Google-compatible consent management platform when advertising is enabled for those visitors.

A consent choice can be stored so that the site and participating vendors can respect it on later visits. You should be able to revisit the choice through the consent interface when one is active. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful, and some security, fraud prevention, frequency control, or non-personalized advertising processing may rely on a different legal basis where permitted.

Technical information may be used to operate and secure the site, respond to failures, measure availability, prevent fraudulent traffic, comply with law, enforce site protections, and understand aggregate usage. Information may be processed by infrastructure, security, consent, analytics, and advertising providers acting for their stated purposes. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or complete a business transition subject to appropriate safeguards.

TimeAndHalfPro does not sell calculator inputs as an employment record or payroll database. The site does not ask users to submit a pay stub, identity document, financial account number, or government identifier. External websites linked from a guide are controlled by their own operators and privacy policies.

Calculator inputs held only in an active browser session remain under the browser's control unless you place them in a share URL, copy them elsewhere, or a browser feature retains the page state. Infrastructure logs may be retained for a period selected by the hosting, security, or operational provider based on reliability, security, legal, and abuse-prevention needs. Advertising and consent providers apply their own retention schedules.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards can reduce risk, but no public website, network transmission, browser storage mechanism, or third-party service is guaranteed to be completely secure. Avoid entering personal or confidential information that the calculator does not need.

TimeAndHalfPro is a general-audience wage and payroll utility and is not directed to children under 13. The site does not knowingly request a child's name, contact information, school information, precise location, or account registration. If the service later introduces child-directed content or knowingly collects personal information from children, it must adopt the required age, consent, advertising, and deletion protections before that processing begins.

You can choose not to enter information into a calculator, avoid generating a share URL, delete a shared URL from browser history, change browser cookie settings, use available advertising controls, or adjust consent through the consent platform when it is active. Depending on where you live and which entity controls particular data, privacy law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about disclosure and targeted advertising.

A request can be sent to privacy@timeandahalfcalculator.net. Describe the request and the browser, date, URL, or service involved without sending unnecessary identity, payroll, or financial documents. Some data may be controlled directly by a hosting or advertising provider, in which case the request may need to be directed to that provider. Identity verification and legal exceptions may apply.

This policy may be updated when the site's features, service providers, advertising configuration, legal obligations, or data practices change. The effective date on the page identifies the current version. Material changes should be published before or when the changed processing begins. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy, but a new consent will be requested when applicable law requires one.
